Collision Warranty
Your local NAPA AutoCare Collision Center offers the NAPA AutoCare Collision and Refinish Warranty on qualifying repairs for up to lifetime ownership of your vehicle. Qualified mechanical repairs are covered by the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty for a period of 12-months or 12,000-miles, whichever occurs first.
Services covered include:
- Metalwork - All metalwork including welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs, excluding rust repairs.
- Mechanical Repairs, Minor mechanical repairs performed in conjunction with a collision repair. See the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty (Mechanical) for summary details.
- Paint - Paint and refinish work will be warranted against peeling, cracking, crazing, extensive loss of gloss, failures on flexible plastic parts, color fading and/or chalking, and moisture blistering up to lifetime ownership of your vehicle.
Services and vehicles not covered by this warranty:
- PAINT EXCLUSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Abrasion
- Scratches or Chips
- Chemical Spotting
- Any repair work performed over a previously repaired substrate
- Original equipment finish failures
- Use of improper detergents and/or failures caused by environmental pollution
- Use of abrasive cleaning products.
- Any defect caused by improper maintenance or care
- Any defect which occurs as a result of the vehicle's involvement in an accident
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- TIRES
- ALL MECHANICAL REPAIRS NOT COVERED BY THE NAPA PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY
- COMMERCIAL VEHICLES unless repairs are performed at a qualifying NAPA Truck Service Center
- GLASS REPAIR or REPLACEMENT
